Welcome to the Member Contact page . . .

We would like to give members the opportunity to communicate with one another or discover others whereabouts. At the same time your committee respects yours, and all other member's privacy. This page has been designed to help you "make contact" yet maintain individuals right to witholding information they consider private.

Here is how it works:

  1. Complete the form below and press "Submit to Secretary ". All fields must be completed with true information.
  2. On submission your request will be sent to your Hon. Secretary.
  3. Within a reasonable time he will contact the person you have enquired about and if that person agrees, the Secretary will email you that persons e-mail address or phone number. No further details will be revealed unless permission to do so has been granted.
  4. If your Secretary has no knowledge of this person he will reply promptly - "Person Unknown" - if indeed person is unknown. Alternatively he may advise "Persons Details Confidential" if known but person has already requested that his / her details remain private.
  5. If you want your details kept private and have not asked that they be confidential then e-mail the Hon. Secretary directly.
